BASICS

-I, as the artist, hold the right to refuse / turn down any commission requests, for any reason.-I will provide WIP (work in progress) photos throughout!-For commissions, I will not work with minors, regardless if the piece is mature in nature or not. You must be 18 or older to commission me.-Edits must be requested during the SKETCH or LINEART phases of the artwork. Once coloring starts, I may be able to make minor changes to a character's markings, but no other changes will be permitted.-Time taken on pieces can vary; usually it depends on what I'm drawing and my schedule. I work part-time roughly 5 to 6 days a week, and get burnt out easily! If your art is taking longer than expected, I will be sure to let you know.-Character(s) presented must belong to the commissioner. This should go without saying, but don't steal folks' characters!

LIMITS/BOUNDARIES

I WILL Draw:

-Most animals, Anthro or Feral
-Real life pets!
-Fan Characters
-Animal Jam Avatars
-Gore, realistic or stylized (i.e: candy gore)
-Drug or Alcohol Use
-Artistic Nudity
-NSFW (see later section for more info)

I will NOT Draw:

-Hate speech
-Extreme fetishes (see later section for more info)
-Complex backgrounds and scenes
-Fully Robotic / Mechanical Characters (yet..)
-Humanoid characters (yet..)
-Extremely complex characters
-Roblox characters

BLACKLISTING

"Blacklisting" or "Being blacklisted" simply refers to being put on a list for problematic or otherwise negatively impactful behavior - sometimes artists will share these with peers to prevent future "incidents".For me, when I say "blacklisting", I keep note of and will block the offending party, hopefully preventing them from contacting me again. The following is a list of what may count as "blacklist worthy" actions:

-Rude or inappropriate behavior, such as harassment or sexual comments towards me.-Hateful speech or imagery; bigotry in general.-Zoophilia or Pedophilia-Lying to me about your age in order to commission NSFW artwork from me.-If you are found out to be stealing someone's character to commission me.-Purposefully damaging a physical item sent via mail in order to get a refund.-Issuing a chargeback if you are looking for a refund or to simply scam me out of money.-Using my artwork for NFTs or to generate AI images.

TERMS OF USE

(All of the following also applies to raffle prizes, trade pieces, and gifts too!)

-I, as the artist, reserve the right to use your piece however I please. By commissioning me, you are giving me permission to post the artwork on all platforms, and use it as portfolio examples for future customers. (I will tag you in posts, with your permission of course)-As the commissioner, once the piece is finished, you can repost it, print it, use it as a badge, phone background, etc, in whichever ways you want! Please be sure to credit me properly. If I'm not on the site you're posting the artwork to, just provide a link to this page.-You may NOT use my artwork commercially / to make profit. Do not use my artwork for NFTs or to make AI generated images. These actions will be viewed as theft and will get you blacklisted.

PAYMENT+REFUNDING

-All prices are in USD (United States Dollars); no other currencies are accepted at this time.-Payments must be made in full at time of commissioning me. I will not start work until you have paid me.-I do not offer payment plans at this time.-Cashapp or Venmo are preferred, but I also accept paypal; I will send an invoice or request to you for the full amount.-I do not offer full refunds, unless a commission is cancelled BEFORE I can start working on it.-If your artwork was shipped to you, but arrived damaged, I will offer to redo the piece for you, or do a 25% refund and a digital piece as reimbursement if you wish not to have it fully redone. You will need to provide valid proof of damage. Any customers found out to have intentionally damaged items as a means to receive a refund WILL be blacklisted.

Refund Percentages are as follows:

-100% / Full if work has NOT yet started
-50% If more than the first initial sketch has been started
After this point, I will NOT offer refunds, unless the artwork is a physical piece and arrives damaged. As stated above, I will offer a 25% refund and a small digital piece as reimbursement if you wish not to have the art redone.

ART TRADES

Art trades are a type of exchange between two artists - artists will draw each other's characters!

-For trades, I will work with individuals under 18, since this form of artwork is not transactional!-I will trade with artists of most (if not all) skill levels.-Trades are usually open, just ask!

REQUESTS + OTHER FREE STUFF

-Requests are usually open unless stated. If you have a specific idea in mind, just ask! If your request is too complicated or I'm not comfortable drawing the subject (or simply do not want to), I can suggest changes or other ideas. I reserve the right to refuse requests for any reason!-Gifts are usually reserved for friends and mutuals. I may make exceptions to this.-Raffle winners are determined usually by spinning a wheel (on wheelofnames.com,I personally love this website!). Winners may not suggest changes to the prize artwork. For example, if you won a badge, please don't ask for it to be a fullbody instead. You get what you signed up for!

NSFW / 18+

-Proof of age (18 and older) must be provided, no exceptions! DOB or some form of ID should be fine.-I am comfortable with most NSFW. If you're unsure, just ask! If I am unwilling or cannot draw your desired 'subject' for any reason, I will let you know upfront.-I will not draw extreme fetishes or subjects I am uncomfortable with (age play, feral NSFW, scat, inflation, and foot fetishes are some examples)
